Great tips. I have prepared for so many speeches and every time I get on stage or in front of the people, I always get nervous. This is pretty normal for everyone.

This was a great blog post, one of the hardest things for people is just getting the courage to start. Once then start talking for many it comes natural and they just speak what they feel making them a great presenter.

1. Start developing your talk sooner not later. The more time you have to prepare, the more confident you’ll be.
2. Find out everything you can about WHO you will be speaking to…. What do your audience members have in common? What are the challenges they face? What is their education? The more answers you have to questions like these, the more you’ll be able create a speech that they’ll want to hear.
